Hi, I’m EWELINA
I am an ACC-credentialed, trauma-informed Intentional Creativity Coach, Wayfinder, Internal Family Systems Practitioner, and mission-driven Holistic Business Coach. With a unique blend of corporate consulting experience and creative, holistic life coaching expertise, I guide my clients through deeply transformative and practical journeys of growth and empowerment.
My coaching approach integrates creative practices to unlock inner wisdom, Wayfinder tools to align with a life of meaning and integrity, and a trauma-informed Internal Family Systems methodology to facilitate profound, lasting change. Through this multidimensional approach, I help clients navigate transitions, overcome internal barriers, and step fully into their purpose with confidence and clarity.
My story
I am a traveler. A fellow human on the journey through life. I strive to live fully from my heart through all my experiences. Sometimes joyful. Oftentimes painful. Always mysterious, humbling and enriching.
I worked over 15 years in an international consulting firm so I uniquely combine my corporate consulting background with heart-based life coaching to create very practical and transformative experiences for people I work with. My coaching style is a blend of various modalities, including Matha Beck’s Wayfinder practices to access inner integrity, Holistic Coaching, Internal Family Systems, and Intentional Creativity. I pull from a different wisdom source depending on my client’s needs.
I look for a gem in every experience, no matter how painful. I believe that if we allow them, tough experiences, big transitions, however scary, can propel us forward, help us grow into the full expression of who we were meant to be. Nothing is lost, everything has a meaning. The meaning we decide to give it.
I choose to be grateful for one small thing every morning, even if it is just for soft socks which keep my feet warm. I do this no matter how much emotional turmoil I am in. What we put our attention on grows in our life. Overtime, I find I have more and more things to be grateful for. And not just more warm socks.
I believe uncertainty is a gateway to possibility. I believe in magic and miracles. I strive to be a better version of myself every day. My daily prayer is for the removal of veils covering my eyes and my heart so that I can see more clearly and understand more deeply.
And in my spare time, I like to paint or read a good book (now with reading glasses). I love to move my body, through yoga, playing tennis, dancing, or climbing a mountain. I love time alone in nature. But I also love people and social interactions. I like to hang out out with my teenage children, while they still want to spend time with me.
I would be honored to walk a portion of this path together.
